Education funding went up? An ‘increase’ that doesn’t cover population growth and inflation is a cut.

If you had $1000 to spend on 100 students and ‘increase’ it to $1100 to spend on 120 students, with a 4% increase in costs, it’s a CUT.

$10/student vs $8.80/per student.
