As 50% of the population, women’s representation should be a matter of equality and not diversity.

The event was attended by 500+ participants from all parts of the country including Quetta, Peshawar, Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore.

The Hon'ble Justice said, 'you cannot include what you cannot see'. She also talked about the need for working for equality and pushing for equality as a goal as opposed to women being given token representation to check diversity as a metric.
