Striking @Nyguild journalists and photographers in Rochester deserve a fair deal, one that recognizes the challenges of the industry.  I again urge Gannett to work diligently towards an agreement that is fair to both labor and management.

gonna make multiple posts about this, because i really enjoyed myself. chicago’s @ratboysband was just so, so good last night at Bug Jar. remember seeing them at least five years ago (everything before the pandemic still doesn’t feel real).

haven’t had a night of buzz-worthy indie rock show in quite a while. (feels like we lost a bit of that due to the pandemic.) think that’s why i really, really enjoyed toronto’s Ducks Ltd. at the Bug Jar. live music is always good for the psyche.
