Another loss for #Mali 's🇲🇱 Air Force: A L-39C Albatros delivered from Russia🇷🇺 crashed in #Menaka region on April 29 according to a claim of Islamic State 'Sahel Province' ( #ISSP / #ISGS ). Both pilots who died in the crash were reportedly Russian citizens working for a PMC in Mali.
