2/2 by the end of the day volunteering with ⁦Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust⁩ at Carr House Meadows the fallen trees were cleared and the fence repaired to ensure the field is stock proof. There were loads of Alder Leaf beetles and we found an intact nest amongst the debris.

Our wonderful volunteers at Moss Valley Woodlands nature reserve have installed natural barriers to deter illegal motorbikes accessing it. Thanks to South Sheffield for funding works to protect the ground flora in these ancient woodlands and to make this site a safer area for all
