Under my education plan, Arkansas will become THE BEST STATE to be a teacher:
✅ increase minimum pay from one of the lowest to one of the highest in the nation (from $36,000 to $50,000 + benefits)
✅ teachers get a raise and up to $10,000 in bonuses for student improvement

Sarah Huckabee Sanders How would bonuses based on student improvement work for special education teachers whose students have disabilities & are below grade level/unable to improve at a fast rate due to their disability?

Factually, if a kid is receiving special education services for a reading dis. let’s say, the rate at which they grow is slower than some1 at grade level (hence why they’re in special education).

Bonuses for sales goals in a company aren’t the same for every rep, when one’s territory is $1million and someone else’s is $1billion.
