We're in court today challenging the govt's failure to give people on #3Cleave proof of their status. The #hostileenvironment sees these people routinely wrongly suspended from work & denied access to basic services as the #Windrush victims were.

Our clients Ms Adjei & Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex & London are in the High Court today challenging the govt’s treatment of those on 3c leave, who are often wrongly suspended from work, have benefits stopped & caught by the hostile environment due to a Home Office system unfit to evidence their rights

We got to visit the open-access library and diverse archives at AIU RACE Centre. Through their interactive session, we had great conversations surrounding race, migration, anti-racist activism and social justice. We are looking forward to planning our next session! 🙌​⚖️🤝
