Officers found this Yamaha Motor UK quad plastered in mud along with the rider, who had been ripping up the moorland in the West Yorkshire Police - Keighley area. Rider issued with a S.59 warning and reported to Bradford Council Safer Bradford for a breach of the anti-social driving PSPO.
