The application filed by Air India Express (AIX) before the NCLT for the merger of AIX Connect (formerly known as Air Asia India) with AIX will now be heard on 03.06.2024.
Upon the conclusion of the merger, the I5 Air Operator Certificate and IATA code will be surrendered.

The aircraft (spotted by Eurospot) will depart at 1900 Hrs Local today for #Delhi - Delhi Airport.
This will be the final #A350 delivery for the airline this year.

As Air India prepares to induct its 6th Airbus #A350 -900, this week's blast from the past are these #A330 's operated by them due to the delay in deliveries of the #B787 's.
These aircraft had a staircase in the economy cabin which led to toilets in the lower deck.
