A study on 109 acral malignant melanoma in situ cases unveils PRAME immunohistochemistry's pivotal role. With strong/moderate expression in 83 cases, PRAME achieves 75.82%- 77.78% sensitivity and 98% specificity. bit.ly/3Vxkq6X

JClinPath_BMJ Phox2b IHC is very useful for staging marrows from patients with neuroblastoma. After treatment it can be very sneaky in the marrow; may not see it by H&E. Need IHC for phox2b, synaptophysin, chromogranin.
