People guide you based on their belief system — and sometimes, these systems are full of insecurity and fear. Don’t set limits on yourself because of what others say.

Habits are like rituals. The words you speak cast spells on your reality. The thoughts you think conjure emotions. Your creations are talismans, your manifestations are divinations, and the energy you attract is enchantment. You are nothing short of a magical being.

Be so committed to your peace that negative thoughts, people’s opinions, letdowns, failures, distractions, and inconveniences fuel deeper breaths, kinder self-talk, & blissful acceptance. Let every attempt to steal your inner harmony be the fan that keeps your inner fire alight.

Stop deferring your plans or waiting to be ready. There is no magical tomorrow that will grant you the discipline that is required today.

Every challenging time in your life brings you an opportunity to learn something which will contribute to your greatness. Look for the lesson, identify what you need to change or improve, and grow from it.

Your worth is not up for debate.
Your value cannot be bartered.
If someone doesn’t see you for who you are, then see yourself out the door.

You can give love with a broken heart, but it’s just so much harder to receive it. And that is just not fair to you. That's why you deserve the opportunity to heal.

As an independent adult, it’s your responsibility to question why you behave in unhelpful ways and then use that self-awareness to unlearn these patterns so you can evolve.

The healing journey often feels lonely because it requires facing your deepest wounds and vulnerabilities alone. You may also lose people who don’t fully understand the pain or the process, and those you realize were taking advantage of you.

The mind is highly impressionable. It will begin to accept ideas that it’s consistently exposed to – shaping your worldview. If you don’t filter what you consume, the people you’re around and the things you read, listen to and watch, will begin to define your reality for you.

People-pleasing is a non-malicious form of manipulation and self-abandonment. Don’t sell yourself short for an imagined person you think others want you to be.

Normalize pursuing emotional and spiritual goals as well as material ones. Most of us are trying to be better people, not just richer ones.

Without self-love, someone who is unsure about you will leave you feeling unsure about your self-worth.

Celebrate your journey. You've come a long way from where you once were. You’ve been actively working to break free from unhealthy cycles, build healthier relationships and achieve your dreams. Even when nobody had your back, you held your own — and you continued to step forward.

Self-love can also mean:

Saying goodbye to individuals who consistently drain your energy and disregard your boundaries.

Trying to act 'normal' around people who were at the root of the trauma you haven't yet healed from is a silent pain that no one talks about.

It’s okay to unfollow social media accounts who no longer contribute to your algorithm for happiness.
