A radiographer who retired after nearly 40 years at Velindre Cancer Centre has been celebrated by colleagues as an ‘inspirational leader.’ 👏

Many of our staff have praised Dr Jane Mathlin as a beacon in the advancement of radiographer roles.

🥇 An inspirational fundraiser for Velindre Fundraising has been presented with a British Empire Medal.

Wayne Griffiths received the honour for his amazing fundraising efforts in memory of daughter Rhian, who sadly passed away in 2012.
