I want to talk to more people on my podcast who achieved FI at a young age (30-50). Who would you recommend that I talk to?

How does crypto solve any of these issues?

Most of the 'renting is better than buying' takes are from people who choose to live in 7-figure real estate markets who can't fathom packing a U-Haul and reducing their expenses by 50%+. Yea dude, if the alt to renting is a $4 million home, then renting is better.

Do you have a segment of your budget where you give yourself total license to spend whatever?

For me, it’s books and movies. If I want to read or watch something, I’m buying it without hesitation. Fortunately, they’re both relatively cheap.
