Collins: Development at airports is different. We spent $30 million on a new air traffic control tower that will never see an ROI.
Gateway is now hitting its stride and our best days are ahead of us. A lot going on out there and you can see how much room we have to grow.

Price: We’re not done attracting the world to Phoenix. We go after major events and we will continue to do that. We’re still building. We are constantly asking: What are the things we need to do to be competitive today and into the future?

Price: We still have room to build resorts here and that will create a lot of demand and will have a wide-reaching effect.

Price: Regrets are the opportunities missed. You learn from those misses. The things we learn and change about how we present ourselves is a huge win.

Collins: Things that keep me up at night are: What happens if people stop travelling by air again? We need to make sure we set up a platform for our partners to have success. Create a supportive environment for the developers and partners that we work with.

Collins: Airports are interesting, long-term, land use opportunities for communities. The PMGA was positioned for success during the recent industrial boom in Arizona because there were large plots of land near the airport.
