Our aim is to bring our WB partners in an accelerated way closer to the #EU through offering them benefits of EU membership before accession

If #WB6 ‘ll receive all the benefits of this plan, they can double their economies in the next 10 years.

In order to move frwd, the region must advance rapidly w/ reforms.

This plan’ll only work if WB6 apply #EU rules.
