This morning VSO Rwanda hosted REB ECE #TWG in a field visit to one of our VSO-Twigire Mumikino Rwanda supported schools. The team consisted of Rwanda Basic Education Board and #NGO partners.

The main objective was to provide an opportunity to learn more about VSO-Twigire Mumikino Rwanda and reflect on the ECE context in general.
