Wales
Norfolk
Yorkshire
Wiltshire

Yet they ignore Southwark being rated one of the worst councils in England, our growing housing crisis, rising vermin and rubbish…

Southwark deserves better!

How is this not a return to the appalling Section 28?

A deeply regressive step which would only make school harder for thousands of LGBTQ+ children and young people.

We must stop this from happening.

This is just section 28 all over again. That legislation led to irreparable harm for so many young lesbian, gay and bisexual people. It's devastating to see trans people's very identity now denied in this way.

Here it is, folks. The nasty party proposes a new Section 28.

Politicising sex education is unforgivable dangerous & reactionary. It’s always *age appropriate* to give young people skills to stay safe. For younger ones that means teaching about respect & healthy relationships. This is worst kind of arm-chair politics bigoted & ill-informed

The government is now re-introducing section 28 for Trans Kids.

This is barbaric.

And, as I predicted, nearly 4 years ago, the tory, government re-introducing a version of section 28 in schools. Education empowers, it does not diminish an individual. First they came for trans people and some did nothing, then they came……
