Lots of people hire me simply to tell if the work they got from other people was done by ChatGPT (it’s a great gig!)

One of the easiest giveaways is if the email starts “Dear {{FN}}”

Asides the obvious bias, this means you may have unwittingly written off people that probably deserve to get a chance.
