Strike action has commenced today for workers at ELE, in a dispute over pay🚩

Despite the company boasting it provides an “inspiring, supportive, and collaborative working environment for its employees”, ELE has refused to fairly increase its workers’ wages.

Resolve remains strong for microbiology workers at Whiston Hospital after entering their 6th week of industrial action last week ✊🚩

Our members are going nowhere. The trust needs to get around the negotiating table with an acceptable pay offer.
