Happy Purim to everyone celebrating today and tomorrow. These are difficult days in which to find celebration, but I hope we can look ahead to better days, the return of all hostages, and a future of peace.

It was great seeing you again Secretary Antony Blinken. Our work continues as we fight for the release of all hostages, and the continued flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza. We will also continue to work to strengthen Israel's overall security, and build lasting peace in the region.

We extend our deepest condolences to the family of Itay Chen, as they grapple with this immense loss. We will continue to work to bring all of the hostages home.

I welcome the President's announcement. This temporary pier will enable a massive increase in the amount of humanitarian assistance, and we welcome Israel's support for getting more aid into Gaza and ensuring that humanitarian workers aren't caught in the crossfire.
