A two-week long “Ammunition Classification” training course for 16 Ministry of Interior police officers was completed on 23 May 2024 at the MoI Salman Pak #EOD Training Center, #Baghdad . UNMAS #Iraq supports the GoI in building capacity for a nationally led mine action response.

عادت اليوم 15 عائلة من مخيّم الشيخان إلى ديارها في سنجار، بفضل برنامج الحركة الطوعية المُيسّرة الذي تديره المنظمة الدولية للهجرة. وستواصل المنظمة الدولية للهجرة جهودها في دعم العودة الآمنة والكريمة للأهالي النازحين في العراق.

أعلن غلام إسحاق نائب مبعوث الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى العراق أن المنظمة الدولية لديها برنامج كبير لزراعة 95 مليون شجرة في قضاء شط العرب بالبصرة، في إطار مواجهة التغيرات المناخية التي أدت إلى نزوح 135 ألف شخص من محافظات الوسط والجنوب منذ 2018.
