The recently deployed Kazakhstan Contingent (KAZCON) with UN Disengagement Observer Force as the Force Reserve Company (FRC) conduct patrols in the Area of Separation (AOS) in line with the UNDOF Mission Mandate in the service of Peace on the #Golan .

Kazakhstan Joins #UnitedNations Peacekeeping Efforts with First Independent Deployment of Military Contingent to #UNDOF . Marking a significant milestone, this is the first independent UN Peacekeeping deployment of Kazakhstan.

The #UN DOF mission is approaching 50 years of contributing to peace on the #Golan . To raise awareness of this milestone we have created the #UN DOF 50 logo. This captures both the #UN and #UN DOF official emblems, our mission motto, and the figure 50 in the UNDOF burgundy.

#UNDOF Force Reserve Coy (FRC) transfer of authority ceremony was overseen by the HoM/FC Lt Gen Nirmal Kumar Thapa today in Camp Faouar. The Irish Contingent (IRCON) have now officially handed over the responsibility and authority to the Kazakhstan Contingent (KAZCON).

On Sunday, 03 March, #UNDOF FRC hosted a 5km run as a part of the #UNDOF 50 awareness events. This event brought personnel from each TCC together to test their physical endurance. Chief of Staff, Col William Nortey presented prizes to the category winners.
