Dr Cahillane published an article in the Dublin University Law Journal – a leading peer-reviewed legal journal. Her article is entitled ‘The Application of Merit and Diversity Criteria after Re Article 26 and the Judicial Appointments Commission Bill 2023’

Dr Laura Cahillane gave a paper at the 'A Centenary of Courts' Conference to reflect on the legacies of the 1924 Courts of Justice Act.

Dr Cahillane spoke on the remuneration of Judges.

Four Courts Press will publish an edited collection based on the papers presented.
