#Breaking Former Ministry of Defence official, Jeffrey Cook, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison and ordered to pay a £123,000 confiscation order after the Serious Fraud Office secured his conviction for misconduct in public office.

SFO Associate General Counsel, Emma Isaac, spoke alongside Lord Briggs of Westbourne, Justice of the Supreme Court, at the Young Fraud Lawyers Association this week – she outlined recent SFO action including the recent launch of new fraud investigations.
