Looking for: all things NYC rats. Personal testimonies -- good and bad. Where the rat hotbeds are. If you've seen a difference since the rat czar joined the force.
I'm all ears.

'There was no party. No one seemed to be having a good time. They weren’t laughing or drinking, at least not socially. And they weren’t chatting about Trump or the trial. They were commuting.'
Great dispatch from Katherine Swartz on the Trump courtroom Greek chorus/entourage beat.
A shofar-blowing protester, a courtroom stare down, a former Hells Angels member, America's Favorite Paralegals™️, many members of Congress, and a rigged poll.
It's all there in my NY Trump trial dispatch w/ Anna Bower Quinta Jurecic & Ben Wittes for Lawfare lawfaremedia.org/article/a-witn…
This seems to suggest that the prosecutors are settling on a sole legal theory of the cover-up: NY election law 17-152.
I guess that's one way to ensure jury unanimity on the object offense (even though, as Quinta Jurecic and I have written, it's not required)
