There are an estimated 5,500 trans men in the UK with #endometriosis , the vast majority already refusing treatment. Today's news doesn't help the trans community, and the potential to see lives lost is real.

When I and others see injustice.... expect resistance.

We have made 282 FOIR to #NHS Foundation Trusts covering a period of three years, three months and there was only ONE minor complaint about a trans woman in a womans ward.

After listening to thousands of people on the doorstep in the buildup to the #LocalElections2024 , I can say with absolute confidence the 'trans debate' is a non-issue.

I have, however, heard thousands of complaints about everything else!

It's not 'ideology' it's inclusion. It's taken decades to get to the point where trans, gender diverse & lesbian & gay parents can have half a chance of being understood & not treated like freaks when in hospital or maternity & now people want to go backwards.

The phrase 'trans idealogy' is hateful. It removes the existence of trans people and suggests they are just an idea or a belief. One thing the next government can and should do is clamp down on transphobic hate crime and that includes the promotion of transphobic rhetoric.
