very excited to release our latest research on the LARGEST + LEAST DISCUSSED factor holding back Ethereum's gas limit

This year, a total of 14 candidates from the Chinese-speaking region were selected: 10 for the GCC Track (PILL), 2 for the General Track (PILL), and 2 for the Protocol Improvement Grant (PIG).
