Is she really writing that much? Still like @TimAppleCom mentioned, some authors write books on only iPads, so it seem to work well, I can't see why not.

@[email protected] ๐๐ฆ๐ด๐๐๐ @TimAppleCom You can use Word on iPad with a keyboard, but sure if she is really using word to write a book/memoirs/etc then hook up a better bluetooth mech keyboard, but OK perhaps consider a real computer then. iPad prints well to Airprint compatible printers, very convenient.
