MiWay Insurance Just spoke to Kgomotso in Claims and the experience was getting worse and pathetic. Worse is your claims handler Tumelo who is nowhere to be found. Wow, the service since making a Claim on Friday is reduculous and my home sits without security. Such nonsenee!

MiWay Insurance Now from bad to worse, claim split into 2 where we now pay the highest excess for the cheapest work being the repair of security doors. No progress on replacement of moveable assets

MiWay Insurance What’s worse MiWay is that we sent through all photographs of ownership and now you asked for bank statements which we sent through. Worse now I had to also go through my own statements and highlight when I bought theee items. Turn around time confirmed as MAYBE another 2 weeks!!

MiWay Insurance 3 weeks later after providing all the necessary proof assessor calls saying he’s not convinced and needs even more statements and receipts. Such nonsense and possibly the worst insurer ever!
