DEI was all the rage in 2020…now the pendulum is swinging back because to some it was a fad to pacify collective outrage.

It’s not a fad. People’s lives are at stake. Keep your word.

It hurts my heart how many US universities tell students to 'prove to us that you will be an ethical, moral hero who will stand for what's right above and beyond all others' in their admissions essays just to get in, then will punish them when they do just that on campus.
