Plans refused by Wandsworth Council, for 449 homes including 50% affordable have been called in by the Greater London Authority.

See this is really promising.

Yet much of the other stuff Labour are pushing today on housing will only boost prices, repeat Tory failures and further erode affordability for many - and be in place way before this happens.

It's the wrong way round (at best).
