Western end of Woolwich town centre.

So many beautiful buildings here. So much potential too to restore life and a buzz to this spot.

If you wish to see more forecasts like this not behind a paywall. I have been producing these since 2018 hosted by Wix often at my own cost, I would appreciate a one off donation, yearly plan renewal is coming up.

📉Over 30 years, London has lost more social homes than it has built.

🏨 Now, over 62,000 London households live in temporary accommodation.

🏚️ This has left Londoners living in poor conditions risking their mental & physical health.

🧱 We need to built more social homes.

I know I've focused on Matt Pennycook a lot today.

Honestly though I think he's a good guy and will do good things. It's those above like Reeves I want to grasp the nettle

See this is really promising.

Yet much of the other stuff Labour are pushing today on housing will only boost prices, repeat Tory failures and further erode affordability for many - and be in place way before this happens.

It's the wrong way round (at best).
