I didn’t notice any dramatic changes despite my routine until… Sunscreen, drinking lots of water, sun in small bits, lots of vegetables and proteins, running, magnesium, and staying indoors.

Lastly, staying away from stress, drama and minding my business. (This is not a joke).

The real test of your own core principles is when you have to stand by them against your loved ones.
