We urge VP Kamala Harris and Tim Walz to see this and to make it right at the DNC. Not only because it’s the right thing to do, but because we simply cannot beat Trump without the coalition that did last time.

The uncommitted movement is a real electoral-political force. In five states, the "uncommitted" vote approaches — or overtakes — the margin of the 2020 vote. Here's my own analysis, using AP data. (This was for a recent NYT Opinion piece; my section on electoral data was cut.)
