It’s bottling day here in the Roussillon, as we try to make sure that 12,500 bottles are filled with the right wine/label/cork/capsule - it’s more complicated that it sounds - we are bottling 7 different reds this year, and one of them in Magnums!

Our trusty centenarian vine, Hector, has just had his winter trim.

We’ve taken the heads off our three new SEGUIN MOREAU barrels, so we can ferment whole bunches in them. We’ll put them back in later and use them for ageing the same wines once they are pressed.
