Seoul is set to construct five new supertall #skyscrapers as part of a major 17 tower redevelopment. Designed by a consortium including UNStudio, Apgujeong District 3 will see residential towers rise from a new private park and retail, cultural, and residential facilities.

This bamboo leaf-inspired arts centre is set to be constructed in China. Designed by MAD Architects and located in the country’s Zhejiang province, the building’s massing is also intended to reference the nearby Anji tea-growing hills. Works are due to complete in 2025.

This 18-storey tree-topped office building is set to be constructed in London. Designed by Apt, the project will retain the foundations and two-storey basement of an existing Brutalist building on the site, saving up to 60% of the structure's embodied carbon.

Moving up a gear. Mercedes-Benz has unveiled plans for a striking new skyscraper in Miami. It follows the announcement in January of a 341-metre supertall skyscraper in Dubai called Mercedes-Benz Places.
