Yes. And makes sense given the enormous tuition fees students are paying and the administrative environment.

However it’s the nature of protesting to want to disrupt and cross lines! That’s the whole point! So these statements are missing a point in a sense (while great values).

Anna Gát 🧭 Maybe we can say the point of being in a liberal democracy is that they should get to have their protests even when we disagree, and that their disagreements and their protest is sacred to us, maybe even more so when we don’t agree and think they need to grow and learn
