After 20+ years of being a Vodacom customer, I decided to change networks. I need to keep my number, Vodacom told me they will move me onto prepaid, in order for the new network to give me the same number. Contact meant to be canceled today - 31 May. I received this at 12pm last

I still can't use my phone, I can't even call the pathetic Vodacom . I will never ever ever in my life use them again. If this is what you get after 25+ years of being their client

Today I am venting about useless Vodacom and an ENT 'specialist', who depleted my medical aid & did nothing to help me... Maybe being sick with flu & 2 broken ribs are not helping!!
