#PrincessofWales 💞A Yr ago I had undergone a total open hysterectomy and was found to have early stage uterine cancer. My surgery was successful and I needed no further treatment. I really hope she is ok and has all the support she needs! From one mum to another it’s tough 💔🧡

So I am 2 months maybe #antidepressant free and haven’t had #MH input from services in 2 years. I have no idea where I am. No idea what I’m doing But I’m still here…. If anything I notice I am more short tempered and less tolerant of bullshit. My own intrusive thoughts 😵‍💫
