Ownership of Operose Health Ltd transferred from Centene's MH Services International (UK) Ltd subsidiary, to T20Osprey Midco Ltd.

If #R4Today really wanted to discuss the worsening health of the nation they should have had Michael Marmot on to talk about inequality, public health, housing & work conditions - not Sir John Bell, who mentioned none of these things but was plugging some privatisable new service

BREAKING NEWS: HCRG which bought Centene Corp’s AT Medics/Operose GP surgeries in Nov & was awaiting due diligence permission from commissioners to take over NHS contracts - just went ahead & took control anyway in Dec. TOLD ICBs in March! HCRG = largest provider in England.

Had a 4th Year Medical student with me today

Opposing use of private sector for NHS treatment is not ideological but practical argument. Every £ taken from NHS to private medicine is a £ that could have been invested in expanding & improving NHS.
