The last event of Middlesex Day 2024 is rather special. It's the @MiddxFA Senior Charity Cup Final between, as it so happens, my home town club Uxbridge Uxbridge Football Club v NGU 💙🤍 another fine community club from Greenford. It's being played Bedfont Sports kick off 7.45.

Each year support grows across the country for our county day. Thank you whether you're from Middlesex or not for being so lovely. As author of the Real Counties of Britain each county is very precious some have been a part of our national heritage before England was even founded

Every County has its County Day. In Middlesex we commemorate the sacrifice made by the Middlesex Regiment Middlesex Regiment over the centuries. This Sat May 11 at the beautiful Middlesex Chapel in St Paul's Cathedral 10.30 am there is a service to their immortal memory. You're invited.
