Why am I not surprised that it's taking California Privacy Protection Agency longer than they said in closed session before they would return to a public meeting. It's now 2+ hours beyond the time the public's business was supposed to be begun.

The California Privacy Protection Agency board, after delaying the start of the meeting by over 40 minutes due to technical problems, immediately goes into closed session. They're asking people to monitor their Twitter feed for when they return back.
