Great video I’m re-upping. I’m not a hardware person, but the hurdles and stories I’ve come across over time are simply incredible to me. MG pushed through, wow. I once Kickstarted a watch (CST-1) that failed but they explained to my satisfaction why.

2) The ticket got escalated to Tier 3+ immediately

Therefore:
3) Nobody did Tier 1+2 triage before bridge got spun up
4) SMEs jumped to their favorite arcane theories
