Cherry wood smoked wings with a cherry-habanero glaze. Rub was cherry smoked salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Glaze is 90% cherry preserves mixed with 10% habanero steeped white vinegar to thin it then strained. Let me grab a beer and I’ll report back-or take a nap!
