Stanford Cardiothoracic Surgery's own Yashuhiro Shudo led study from the Paragonix Technologies GUARDIAN registry of 569 adult 🫀 transplants:⬇️PGD & MCS. Those with ischemic ⏲️ > 4 hours, saw the same & ⬆️ 30 day survival! Time to change from preservation with 🧊 alone‼️
