Stan Collymore I ditched caffeine and alcohol for 2023. Anxiety has all but gone. I’m never going back
Stan Collymore I gave up caffeine 5 and a half years ago when I was suffering really badly from anxiety. It wasn't the only thing that helped, but I sleep so much better and find it a lot easier to deal with.
Stan Collymore I reduced my caffeine daily intake to one coffee in the morning, decaff from there on in if I fancied one. Improved a hell of a lot.
Stan Collymore My anxiety reduced drastically when I drastically reduced my caffeine intake. Totally obliterated it for a few months, now I'm able to have a morning coffee and a cheeky diet cola when the mood takes without penalty
Stan Collymore I had to switch to decaff coffee when I was diagnosed with epilepsy 3 years ago, my anxiety dropped massively!
