Why can’t he choose be unpopular with rich cunts whose wealth has ballooned exponentially over the past few decades while everyone else suffered? Why can’t he be unpopular with landlords, or bankers, or energy companies? Why does he only want to be unpopular with you?

His new government’s decisions are very specifically & deliberately about being unpopular with you, your family & your community. Not your landlord, not your boss, not your bank, not your energy company.

Mick Lynch is spot on here - Labours made up fiscal rule means they can't fix the countrys problems (which one might argue is the point of it!)

its the right wing of the Labour party, there doesn't have to be any other 'benefits' other than antagonizing those to their left! That and they just love 'means-testing'!
