Today in 1968 I saw a monumental horror milestone, Michael Reeves' WITCHFINDER GENERAL (twinned with THE BLOODBEAST TERROR) at the ABC Portsmouth. Even after 50 years I can still recall the seismic shock of watching the chilling climax.

Stuart Hack Alan Jones FrightFest Far be it from me to say skip THE BLOOD BEAST TERROR, but it’s about as inessential as any Brit horror film of the period.
