We can't wait to see New Writers Awardee Craig Aitchison share a stage with the one and only Shane Strachan at this unmissable Lighthouse - Edinburgh’s Radical Bookshop event next Wednesday. 🩷📚

Really looking forward to reading at this on 25 April! Celebrating the publication of DWAMS, a book of very exciting sexy poetry from Shane Strachan!
For #WorldArtDay , Edwin Morgan’s poem inspired by Flood Tide by Joan Eardley – a celebration of the creative spirit of the artist. Collected in Beyond the Sun: Scotland’s Favourite Paintings (Luath Press, 2007).

Book 11 of 2024 is Shane Strachan 's debut poetry collection. Written in English and Doric Scots, it focuses on a range of themes from Aberdeen's volatile relationship with oil, the work of fashion designer Bill Gibb, and queer love to name just a few.
Just came through the door. Really looking forward to diving in! Shane Strachan Tapsalteerie #Poetry #writing #NorthEastScotland #Dwams
