Grateful to Andrew Twineamatsiko, M.D for ably representing Seed Global Health at this year’s IDM symposium and celebrations in Gulu. He delivered a key note address on the theme “midwives a vital climate solution”at the symposium.

Today is the International Day of the #Midwife ! Midwives provide essential care to moms and babies before, during, and after childbirth. Investing in midwives means investing in #HealthForAll .

Midwives are absolutely a vital climate solution.

We must listen to their expertise, knowledge, and experiences and invest in them to shape and strengthen climate-resilient health systems around the world.

We are glad to have supported them through their studies and are looking forward to seeing the impact they go on to have.
