2️⃣ <10% of countries restrict access to vital HIV services due to legal/ policy barriers
3️⃣ <10% of individuals affected by HIV face stigma & discrimination

Is the world bold enough to choose evidence over prejudice? Inclusion over exclusion, laws that help over laws that harm? Shaping policies to ensure that no one is obstructed from access to vital health services?

Possessing drugs for personal use should be an entry point for harm reduction services, not the start of a judicial process.
Involve people who use drugs in policy development and service design and delivery. Protect our rights to protect our health.
